With no employer fees or commissions to pay (other than the small registration fee), companies are more likely to meet your salary objectives. Traditionally, companies pay out many thousands to find suitable candidates: fees they no longer need to pay, encouraging growth and recruitment. Good for you and good for business.

The other primary reason we charge a small joining fee is to reduce large volumes of false accounts from being created by parties with an ulterior motive. Our aim is to protect the integrity of our platform and give everyone a far greater experience and assured security.
